Is White Privilege Protecting Joseph Spiezio from being held accountable for impersonating the Law

As a national organization of Black law enforcment professionals, we have to ask the question. Could a Black Man be allowed to illegally hold a law enforcement position in a white neighborhood in Westchester. Could a Black Man illegally hold a position in a city like Scarsdale or any other majority white community?

Could this same Black Man threaten to assault a white elected official, make homophobic statements, be alleged to changed police reports for his own personal gain, harass and retaliate against white city employees, harass local white businesses, lied in on court affidavit pertaining to his residency, then get pulled over in the cities police vehicle with no valid NYS Drivers and still be walking around like everything is easy peasy?

Absolutely not! We all no that the Black Man would be in the County Jail! Maybe under the county jail! So why is Joseph Spiezio not arrested or no charges brought? White Privileged smack in your face even when basic rules !

The lack of accountability of Mr. Spiezio actions are a prime example of White Privilege in Westchester County.

What is White Privilege? It is a term for societal privileges that benefit people identified as white in Western countries, beyond what is commonly experienced by non-white people.

In 1988, professor Peggy McIntosh used the paper White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack, to describe White Privilege as a set of unearned assets that a white person in America can count on cashing in each day, but to which they remain largely oblivious.

Mr. Spiezio has continued to make a mockery out of the criminal justice system. Something that we all know, if he was a black man in white city this would not be possible without accountability!
